I only use waveplay drivers 1-4 for playing and the wave driver for recording. the codec is not in use. The buffers are checked and the asio multimedia setup gives no problems. the only thing is that in the VST master mixer the busses for routing the outputs don't appear. they normally do automatically with the amount of available output ports.
